Indiana’s newest baseball team is calling Richmond home!
Richmond Baseball LLC announced over the summer that a new college summer league team will be coming to town in 2026 to join the Northwoods League. Earlier this week, they revealed the team will go by the name the Flying Mummies. The team name and honors the Wright Brothers aviation history. The mascot is a bandage wrapped pilot. Home uniforms will feature a mummy wrap.
